Gordon was head of support services in Clicks from 2019, with responsibility for supply chain, retail distribution centres, property and information technology, prior to his appointment as chief financial officer in January 2023. He joined the group in 2006 as head of internal audit. He was appointed head of group finance the following year and head of finance for the retail business in 2014, and has served as a member of the Clicks executive committee since then. Prior to joining the group he held various financial positions with Alliance Boots in the UK.
